I highly recommend Gillespie Handyman Services! From my initial request to the completion of my repairs, I have been very impressed with all the steps in the service provided. Their website request form works well and allows to post photos. Tracie sent me an email the next business day to confirm all details of my request, then introduced me to Jennifer who scheduled the work and responded to questions. Peter did all the repairs in good time and was very professional, courteous and helpful. Sarah ably coordinated the work behind the scenes. What stood out to me, compared to other businesses I've dealt with, is that each of them made an effort to ensure communications were available, ongoing and responsive to my questions and needs. I have used Gillespie Handyman’s services three times now - two of which were very big bathroom/shower remodels in different income properties. Every time their customer service and promptness was excellent. Their understanding of what I was looking for along with the questions they asked to clarify the project specifics gave me confidence and then the excellent and thorough work they did made it worth every penny. I can’t stress enough how seamless my dealing with them was.
